The reading, sending or receiving of information from or via the website does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you contact any lawyer at Mietkiewicz Law, your contact alone does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A lawyer-client relationship will only form between you and us if we specifically agree to act for you. Until we specifically agree to act for you in connection with a particular matter, please do not provide us with any confidential information or material.

Although we have made best efforts to ensure that the materials contained on this site are accurate, we do not guarantee that the content of this website is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

We do not warrant or guarantee that the website will be available without interruption, error or omission; that defects will be corrected; or that the website and the server(s) that make it available are free from viruses or harmful components.

MIETKIEWICZ LAW DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE WEBSITE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MIETKIEWICZ LAW BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF MIETKIEWICZ LAW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE WEBSITE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE. The TOU constitute the entire agreement between you and Mietkiewicz Law and govern your use of the website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Mietkiewicz Law in respect of the website. The TOU and the relationship between you and Mietkiewicz Law shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Mietkiewicz Law agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. The failure of Mietkiewicz Law to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOU remain in full force and effect.
